Directions for use:
The recommended use is taking 1 serving (1 scoop) with water or your favourite beverage twice daily. Take 1 serving 30 minutes prior to training and 1 serving immediately after. Non-Training Days: Take 1 serving with your first meal of the day, take the second serving at least 6 hours later. Loading Phase: For the first 5 days of use, take 1 serving with water or your favourite beverage 4-5 times daily. Space the doses at least 2 hours apart.
